No. 01Your world

Facility and operations teams buy or lease floor scrubbers, delivery robots, and after-hours security from Service Robot Co. We deploy each unit and RoboCare™ backs it - so large floors stay clean, supply runs get handled, and the building stays covered.

No. 02The shift

A shift in your buildings

Facilities work is steady, physical, and hard to staff. Here is where it automates.

  1. Stage 01

    Day shift

Traffic wears the floors while the team works the request queue.

    What the robot takes

A scrubber can run occupied spaces quietly on a midday loop.

  2. Stage 02

    Evening crew

The crew starts its rounds with more ground than hours.

    What the robot takes

The robot takes the open floor; the crew keeps edges and detail.

  3. Stage 03

    Overnight floors

Corridors, halls, and open plates need the full pass.

    What the robot takes

The scrubber runs the mapped route, the same way, every night.

  4. Stage 04

    Morning check

The building opens and the floors get judged first.

    What the robot takes

Reports show what ran, where, and when.

  5. Stage 05

    Campus rotation

Multiple buildings share one crew and one budget.

    What the robot takes

One unit moves between buildings as the work shifts.

A closer look.

The work that eats the week

The repetitive, physical, hard-to-staff ground in facilities. This is what a robot takes.

  • Scrubbing and sweeping large floors overnight or alongside the crew.
  • Covering ground that is repetitive, physical, or hard to staff.
  • Running mail and supplies across a large floor plate or a multi-building campus.
  • Watching the perimeter and the lots after the crew goes home.

What we have seen work

Large floor plans are the defining constraint in facilities work. A single scrubber covers ground at a consistent pace, on the same schedule, every night - without fatigue, without call-outs, and without the coordination overhead of a cleaning crew working a multi-building campus. The large-area scrubber is the unit we see most in facilities deployments: it is sized for large open floor plates, quiet enough to run in occupied spaces, and reliable enough to run unattended.

The starting question is always total square footage and surface type. A facility with 50,000 sq ft of polished concrete across a few interconnected buildings is a clear fit for one or two scrubbers on an overnight loop. We map the routes, set the schedule, and handle the service - your facilities team sets the job and checks the results.

The math we usually see

Customers in facilities management typically recover deployment cost within the first few months through reduced contract cleaning hours and labor savings on overnight floor care.

No. 06Decision guide

Which robot fits your facilities operation?

A few questions to narrow it down. Answer yes or no and we will tell you where it leads.

Question 01

Does your facility have large open hard-floor areas - 20,000 sq ft or more - that need regular scrubbing or sweeping?

Yes - large floor coverage is the job

The right scrubber is the fit. A mid-size scrubber handles mid-size floors; a large-area scrubber is sized for large open plans. Both run overnight or alongside the crew on a schedule you set.

No

Next: Do you need to cover multiple buildings or campuses with one cleaning unit?

Question 02

Do you need to cover multiple buildings or campuses with one cleaning unit?

Yes - portfolio coverage is the need

A single unit can move between buildings. We deploy it, map each facility, and you move it to where the work is week to week.

Tell us about the facility and the floor plan. We will recommend the right unit and coverage model before you commit.
