No. 01Your world

Builders and general contractors buy or lease site security, floor scrubbers, aerial inspection drones, and material-handling robots from Service Robot Co. We deploy each unit and RoboCare™ backs it nationwide - so you watch the site, keep the slab clean, and move material.

No. 02The shift

A shift on your job site

A job site changes week to week. Here is where the repeatable work automates.

  1. Stage 01

    Trades day

Crews work the slab and debris accumulates behind them.

    What the robot takes

A sweeper covers the open concrete between trades.

  2. Stage 02

    Interior finish

Hard floors go in and need to stay clean for the next trade.

    What the robot takes

A scrubber runs the finished areas overnight, no night crew.

  3. Stage 03

    Handoff prep

Punch-list season means the floors get judged daily.

    What the robot takes

The robot runs the same pass every night before walkthroughs.

  4. Stage 04

    After hours

The site goes dark with equipment and materials in the open.

    What the robot takes

A solar camera trailer watches the perimeter with live deterrents.

  5. Stage 05

    Next project

The job wraps and the equipment need moves with you.

    What the robot takes

Units relocate with you to the next site.

The work that eats the week

The repetitive, physical, hard-to-staff ground in builders & gcs. This is what a robot takes.

  • Scrubbing and sweeping large concrete slabs during or after a build.
  • Moving materials and supplies across a large site floor.
  • Watching the perimeter, the laydown yard, and equipment after hours.
  • Inspecting progress, roofs, and hard-to-reach work from the air.

What we have seen work

The two most common robot deployments on construction sites are scrubbers on large concrete slabs and camera trailers for outdoor site security. Floor scrubbers go in when a building is at the point where a hard floor exists and needs to be kept clean - during interior finishing or post-construction handoff prep. The math works because a robot covers ground overnight that would otherwise take multiple crew members hours, without the safety exposure of night-shift cleaning on an active site.

Outdoor security trailers are the other common ask. A camera trailer on a large site provides perimeter surveillance during off-hours without the cost of a manned guard post. Both use cases have the same economics: the equipment moves from job to job instead of sitting in a yard, and RoboCare™ backs it.

The math we usually see

Customers in construction typically recover deployment cost within the first few months through reduced overnight labor and on-site security spend.

No. 06Decision guide

Which robot fits your builders & gcs operation?

A few questions to narrow it down. Answer yes or no and we will tell you where it leads.

Question 01

Do you have large hard-floor areas - concrete slabs or finished floors - that need regular cleaning during or after the build?

Yes - floor cleaning is the job

A large-area scrubber is the fit. It runs large concrete and hard-surface floors overnight or alongside a crew, and moves to the next site when the job wraps.

No

Next: Do you need outdoor perimeter security or surveillance for the site during off-hours?

Question 02

Do you need outdoor perimeter security or surveillance for the site during off-hours?

Yes - site security is the gap

A mobile security camera trailer is the right fit. It covers the perimeter with a visible deterrent and remote monitoring, with no fixed infrastructure and no manned post required.

Not sure yet - contact us

We will ask about the site and the job, and tell you what fits before you commit to anything.
